Revenue leak calculator

Put a number on the leads you are losing.

Every inquiry you get was already paid for. The ones that get no answer, or no follow-up, leak revenue every month. Enter four numbers you already know and see what that leak is worth in a year.

Your numbers

Four inputs. One figure.

Starting estimates are filled in so you can see how it works. They are not industry data. Change them to your own numbers before you trust the result.

Your numbers

Starting estimates, not industry data. Change them to your numbers.

Calls, texts, web forms and messages combined.

The first job, case or client, not lifetime value.

Voicemail, missed calls, quotes nobody chased.

Of the leads you reach, how many become customers.

Revenue at risk each year

Check the four numbers on the left, then show your number. The figure uses only what you enter.

How the figure is built

Plain arithmetic on your own inputs.

No model, no benchmark, no adjustment. The calculator multiplies what you entered and shows the result.

Missed inquiries
Inquiries per month, multiplied by the share that get no answer or no follow-up.
Lost jobs
Missed inquiries, multiplied by your close rate. It assumes a missed inquiry would have closed at the same rate as an answered one.
Revenue at risk
Lost jobs, multiplied by the value of one new customer's first purchase. Shown per month and per year.
What is not counted
Repeat business, referrals from customers you never won, and the staff hours spent chasing. The real leak is larger than the figure.

The audit finds where they go.

The calculator sizes the leak. The audit walks your calls, messages and follow-up to find exactly where inquiries are lost, and produces the scope for the fix.
