We also collect technical data automatically, including browser type, device information, and how you interact with our website. Your IP address is used to rate-limit form submissions and is stored only as a salted one-way hash — we do not retain the address itself.

How We Use Information

We use your information to deliver and improve our services, communicate with you about your project, send relevant updates, and analyze website performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Tracking & Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights run on every page. They are cookieless, report only aggregate page and performance data, and do not build a profile of you.

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are optional. They load only if we have configured them and only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent banner. Decline and they never load. You can change that decision at any time with the “Privacy choices” control in the site footer.

Where Microsoft Clarity is enabled, our intake form is masked in full, so recorded sessions never capture what you type into it. Analytics events carry page and placement context only — never your name, email, phone number, or message text.

Payments

This website does not take payments. There is no checkout, and we never ask for card or bank details through the site. Any billing for engaged work is handled separately under your service agreement.

Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Information Sharing

We share information with the service providers that operate this site and our intake pipeline: Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), Supabase (secure storage of submitted requests), GoHighLevel (our customer-relationship system), and Resend (transactional email confirmations). Where you have consented, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity also receive page-level analytics events. We do not sell your personal information, and we may disclose information only when required by law or to protect our rights.
