Services
ClientVerse provides lead conversion systems, automation infrastructure, AI-powered communication tools, and digital infrastructure services. The specific deliverables for your project will be outlined in your service agreement. We build systems tailored to your business needs.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement. Setup fees are typically due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
No Guarantees
While our systems are designed to improve lead conversion and operational efficiency, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your market, offer, and how consistently the system is used.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during setup, and access to necessary accounts and platforms. Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
System Use
You agree to use the system for legitimate business purposes only. You will not use our services for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend service for misuse.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on monthly services. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that month's service fee.
Limitation of Liability
ClientVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
