Services

ClientVerse designs, deploys, and manages governed AI workforces — specialized AI roles that handle approved customer communication, scheduling, follow-up, knowledge, and reporting, under written authority and human oversight. Engagements begin with a C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Assessment; specific deliverables for any resulting work are defined in a separate written service agreement, not on this website.

Engagement & Payment

Access begins with an assessment, not a purchase. Where paid work is scoped following an assessment or pilot, the fees, billing schedule, and terms are set out in a separate written service agreement signed directly with us.

This website does not take payments, does not process checkout, and never asks for card or bank details. Any billing for engaged work is handled separately under that agreement.

No Guarantees

While our systems are designed to improve lead conversion and operational efficiency, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your market, offer, and how consistently the system is used.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during setup, and access to necessary accounts and platforms. Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.

System Use

You agree to use the system for legitimate business purposes only. You will not use our services for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend service for misuse.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the written service agreement for your specific engagement, not by this website. Where no such agreement exists, no payment has been collected through this site and no refund applies.

Limitation of Liability

ClientVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
