Conversational Access
One workforce. Every channel your customers already use.
Customers do not think in channels — they send a WhatsApp voice note, then call, then expect you to remember both. Conversational access means one governed workforce holds the whole relationship across WhatsApp, voice, text, email, and web, with one memory and one set of rules.
The channels
Five channels, one conversation.
Where much of the world — and much of Charlotte's Haitian community — actually communicates. Text, voice notes, and documents, handled natively.
Primary for community-centered operations
VOICE
Real phone calls answered, understood, and acted on — with immediate handoff to a person whenever the conversation calls for one.
Primary for home services & home care
TEXT / SMS
Confirmations, reminders, and quick questions on the channel with the highest read rates — within consent rules, always.
Highest reach for time-sensitive updates
Structured requests, documents, and records — handled with the same governed knowledge as every other channel.
Primary for professional services
WEB
Conversations on your website that reach the same workforce — not a disconnected widget with its own personality.
First touch for new customers
Cross-channel behavior
The conversation follows the customer, not the software.
- Cross-channel routing
- A customer who starts on web chat and calls an hour later is recognized, and the call continues where the chat left off. Context moves with the person.
- Consent
- Outbound contact happens only on channels the customer has agreed to, at approved frequencies. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently, everywhere. Providing a phone number is never treated as marketing consent.
- Human takeover
- A person on your team can take over any conversation on any channel at any moment. The workforce hands off the full context and stands down until invited back.
- Delivery failure
- Undelivered messages are detected, not assumed sent. Failures are logged, retried within rules, and surfaced to staff when they persist.
- Backup channels
- When a channel goes quiet — a number unreachable, an inbox bouncing — the workforce falls back to the customer's consented alternates instead of letting the request die.
Measurable outcomes
Channel operations are measured, per channel.
Every deployment defines its channel measures during design. These are the standard dimensions — your assessment sets the baselines, and your reporting tracks them honestly.
ANSWER RATE
Share of inbound contacts on each channel that receive a real response.
TIME TO USEFUL REPLY
Not time to autoresponder — time to an answer that moved the request forward.
DELIVERY INTEGRITY
Messages confirmed delivered vs. silently lost, with failure causes.
TAKEOVER & ESCALATION
How often people took over, how fast, and whether every escalation that should have happened did.
Which channels are your customers already on?
A C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Assessment maps the channels and languages your customers actually use — and where requests currently go quiet — before any deployment is proposed.
