No pricing table, no invented statistics — just what ClientVerse is, what stage it is at, and how engagements actually start.

What ClientVerse is
- What does ClientVerse actually do?
- We design, deploy, and manage governed AI workforces — specialized AI roles with written authority that handle approved customer communication, scheduling, follow-up, knowledge, and reporting, with human oversight built in. It is a managed service, not a self-serve tool you configure alone.
- Is this the same as a CRM or marketing automation subscription?
- No. ClientVerse operates on top of vetted business infrastructure that our team configures, connects, and maintains. You work with ClientVerse and are accountable to ClientVerse — we do not hand you software and disappear.
- Are you a marketing agency?
- No. We do not run ad campaigns or content marketing for clients. Our work is designing and operating the AI workforce and the systems it runs on.
- Is ClientVerse veteran-owned?
- Yes. ClientVerse is veteran-owned, and we run the company on the same standard of written authority, clear accountability, and follow-through that discipline requires.

Cost and getting started
- How much does it cost?
- We do not publish self-serve pricing because engagements are scoped, not templated. Every engagement begins with a C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Assessment; if paid work follows, fees and billing terms are set out in a separate written service agreement.
- Can I just sign up and get access today?
- Not yet. Access begins with an assessment, not a checkout page. The AI Workforce Hub is in active development and deployed through controlled, supervised pilots — it is not generally available.
- What happens during a C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Assessment?
- A structured, seven-part review of your operation — Consolidate, Leak, Automate, Revenue, Integrate, Trust, and Yield. It ends with an honest verdict either way, including if a managed AI workforce is not the right fit for you yet.
- Do you guarantee specific results?
- No. Our systems are designed to improve operational efficiency and response, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or business outcomes — results depend on your market, offer, and how the system is used.

Languages and the Haitian community
- What languages does the AI workforce support?
- English, Haitian Creole, and French are ClientVerse's core supported languages, each built as a first-class capability with native-speaker quality review — not machine translation layered on an English-only system.
- What is KreyòlConnect?
- KreyòlConnect is ClientVerse's flagship differentiator: a purpose-built Haitian Creole and French AI agent, founded first for Charlotte's Haitian community and the businesses that serve it, with stricter boundaries on sensitive topics and native-speaker review.
- Is ClientVerse only for Haitian-owned businesses?
- No. ClientVerse serves businesses across industries. Multilingual access, including Haitian Creole and French, is a specialization and a founding commitment — not a restriction on who we work with.

Trust and data
- What happens to my data?
- We collect only what is needed to respond to your request and deliver services, and we do not sell personal information. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, including exactly which service providers process it.
- Does ClientVerse hold security certifications like SOC 2?
- Not yet. ClientVerse holds no formal security certifications today and does not claim compliance it has not been assessed for. Current controls and in-progress work are listed on the Trust Center.
- Who keeps the AI workforce accountable?
- Every role operates under written, approved authority with defined boundaries, and sensitive conversations escalate to a person. A Security Observer role monitors the workforce itself for anything outside its authority.
